At Expara, we fully embrace the four themes of the Agile Manifesto and we’re committed to the 12 Principles of Agile. We value people above all and emphasize teamwork and communication in all our affairs, including our Expara and our customer team members. We encourage our customers to embrace the Agile approach, using such tools as Confluence and Jira, to communicate, document, and track work, and DevOps to manage today’s fast-paced changes. While traditional methods such as Waterfall can provide a solid foundation for planning large projects, we have found the Agile approach is much more effective to help us work with our customers to develop creative solutions for their IT needs.
